2018, we are excited to offer some new enhancements that will help you continue to extend your brand as you leverage
the package.

new to the program or have been a participant for years, please take a moment to review the great features of the

DIRECT MAIL

The Agency Marketing 2018 Performance Marketing Direct Mail program is designed to align better with your
marketing strategies including hyper local activities, increasing personalization and flexibility to adapt to changing local
market conditions.

DIGITAL

Enhanced digital marketing tactics can help you strengthen your local footprint. In 2017, agents who participated in the Agency Marketing Package got more visibility than ever, receiving 146% more website visits and 114% more online leads than non-participating agents. For 2018, this momentum is continuing with a number of enhancements.

THE AGENCY MARKETING STORE

The Agency Marketing Store is available to all Farmers agents and district managers and offers a comprehensive
selection of marketing products, services and advertising assets to help you promote your business in your community.

LOCAL EVENTS

The Local Marketing Activities Hub provides co-op funding of 50% up to $2,000 for each of your 8 approved local events. Affnity Marketing Dollars provides 100% credit back to you on your folio. Up to $300 per month - up to $100 for each location with a maximum of 3 different locations per month to help you market to Affnity groups that include: educators, medical professionals and heroes (police and firefighters).

AdCenter is where agents can go for assistance with local advertising needs. You can:

Resources & Training

AGENCY MARKETING TRAINING

All Agency Marketing Training opportunities are located under the resources tab on the
Agency Marketing site. The Agency Marketing team hosts live core training webinars every
Wednesday on a wide variety of topics to help educate agents on all the core components
and numerous benefits of the Agency Marketing Package. Additionally, there is a wealth
of information available on demand through the Knowledge Bank section. Discover the
instructional videos, how-to job aids, program guidelines, and ask questions on the easy-to-
navigate site.

DIGITAL STOREFRONT TRAINING

The University of Farmers Online offers multiple resources designed to help your agency
learn more about Digital Storefront. To get started, click the “Learn” button from the
Agency Dashboard homepage and enter the search term “Digital Storefront”.

WORKSHOPS

Throughout the year, Agency Marketing team members help coordinate in-person workshops, usually at or near your local Territory Office. Attendees are encouraged to bring their laptops as the sessions are geared toward helping participants customize their package. For more information about these sessions, please contact your local Territory Office.

SOCIAL MEDIA TRAINING

Each month, Hearsay hosts webinars that give you specific training on how to make your social media use as effective as possible. Additionally, the newly designed Hearsay training center has numerous resources available to assist you with everything A-Z about social media. Here you can find videos, webinars, tip sheets and more.

Hearsay also offers phone support to Agency Marketing Package participants. The support team is available to help agents with setting up their Hearsay account and navigating the Hearsay console. They can also provide best practices for social media to ensure that agents are getting the most out of the Hearsay platform.
